How long does an office fitout take?

A straightforward office fitout of 100–300m² typically runs four to eight weeks on site once consent is granted. Larger or more complex tenancies take longer. We give you a programme with the quote so you can plan the move.

Do you handle consent for a commercial fitout?

Yes. Depending on the scope, a building consent or an exempt building work assessment may be needed. We coordinate the documentation with your designer and the council, and manage inspections.

Can you match an existing partitioning system?

Usually. We work with Potters, PSL and Ullrich Aluminium systems and can often match existing profiles so a new wall reads as part of the original fitout.

What happens after handover?

Our commitment extends beyond handover. If growth or restructuring means you need a minor reconfiguration, we'll be there to assist with the same enthusiasm and commitment as the original fit out.
